The Story

Dunneville Market was built in 1910 and has remained in continual operation since then. Bill & Gloria Regentz purchased the store in 1972 adding a deli and restaurant, making it a well-known Tri Tip destination. Sean and Sophie Shelton purchased Dunneville Market & Kitchen in 2021 wanting to continue the tradition. Sean grew up in Hollister and has fond memories of having many family meals out at Dunneville. With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sean is excited to be back home and doing what he loves best… cooking good food.
